Clickable working prototype sample
A video demonstration showcasing the introduction, user settings, and guide. Users begin with a broad selection of various types of holidays, followed by an interactive option to share their preferences for the holiday. This leads to a refined choice based on their preferences and bias ideas, with the ability to book events and tickets at the chosen locations in this clickable working prototype.
Elements and Ideation
I was frustrated trying to find my ideal holiday with activities I wanted to try, and book in advance. So I designed an idea that I could use to filter my preferences and finesse the algorithm choices given to me.
Wireframe development ideas and sketches
Wireframe development for city travel planning, emphasising customisation options for users to tailor their holiday experience. Features include destination selection, customization tools, social integration, and mobile app compatibility for convenience.

User Journey Product design
By creating personas representing various user types to grasp their needs and behaviours, I've initiated planning a journey map. This map visualises the process, choices, and structure of the user's route, enhancing the user experience and facilitating holiday and ticketed event purchases.
Initial development and tests
First design tests incorporating fonts, icons, and colour palettes, along with user recognition icons. I implemented an animated opener for the prototype based on a strong location icon idea. To add a playful element, I've introduced slide bars to illustrate 'my holiday preferences'. The app can then curate a series of breaks based on these preferences, saving time and expediting decision-making. Users can adjust these sliders to different levels for faster choices.
